Haitian International Germany compte d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus de 350 machines \u00e0 deux plateaux sur le terrain rien qu’en Allemagne et plus de 1 200 en Europe. Plus de 100 d’entre elles ont une force de serrage sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10 000 kN. <\/p>\n

Les principaux domaines d’application sont l’industrie automobile, la logistique, le secteur des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et l’industrie de la construction. Haitian Jupiter Series en direct \u00e0 Fakuma : Pr\u00e9sentation d’une cellule de fabrication fabriqu\u00e9e par Haitian<\/h5>\n
\u00c0 Fakuma, un JU4500III d\u00e9montre la production d’un \u00e9l\u00e9ment coulissant \u00e9lastique en POM. Le moule correspondant est fourni par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 IGENO. Pour garantir la stabilit\u00e9 du processus et la qualit\u00e9 des composants, un syst\u00e8me de surveillance de la temp\u00e9rature et du d\u00e9bit de Flosense int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au syst\u00e8me de commande de la machine est utilis\u00e9 (16 circuits). L’enl\u00e8vement est assur\u00e9 par la machine Hilectro V1300ID-X4000 avec un axe X \u00e9tendu et un empilage pr\u00e9cis derri\u00e8re la machine. La barri\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la bande transporteuse sont \u00e9galement d’origine Haitian et compl\u00e8tent la gamme actuelle de produits destin\u00e9s aux transformateurs de mati\u00e8res plastiques de toute l’Europe. <\/span><\/div>\n

    Les robots lin\u00e9aires fabriqu\u00e9s par Hilectro offrent des solutions efficaces pour un retrait fiable des pi\u00e8ces des machines de moulage par injection avec des forces de serrage allant de 600 \u00e0 40 000 kN et des charges allant jusqu’\u00e0 80 kg. Ils sont fabriqu\u00e9s au sein du groupe Haitian. <\/p>\n

    D’autres cellules de fabrication Haitian et zhafir \u00e9quip\u00e9es de robots Hilectro sont visibles chez ONI-W\u00e4rmetrafo GmbH (Hall A5, 5103) et Gollmer Formen GmbH (Hall A2, 2213).<\/p>\n
