The live application on a ZE1500V-300h medical with a 32 mm screw demonstrates the production of a syringe barrel made from COC (Cyclic Olefin Copolymer) using an 8-cavity mold. With a shot weight of 24 grams, the glass-like COC requires precise temperature control and stable injection for high dimensional accuracy. The Zeres medical meets these demands with an injection pressure of up to 2,530 bar and a maximum injection speed of 300 mm\/s \u2013 ensuring consistent process conditions and repeatable quality.<\/p>\n

Peripherial and Cleanroom Equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n

All peripheral equipment is supplied by Haitian Smart Solutions, including the dryer, material handling system, and temperature control unit with a setpoint of 110\u202f\u00b0C. The cleanroom equipment is provided by partner company Petek and includes a fan filter unit, laminar flow box, and a fully enclosed conveyor system for controlled part handling.<\/p>\n

The Zeres medical Series combines electric drive technology with stable process architecture and integrated data capabilities. It is designed for the reliable and cost-efficient series production of high-precision plastic components under regulated medical manufacturing conditions.<\/p>\n

The compact two-platen technology of the Haitian Jupiter series, with clamping forces between 4,500 kN and 88,000 kN, has firmly established itself in the market. Haitian International Germany already has more than 350 two-platen machines in the field in Germany alone and more than 1200 in Europe. More than 100 of these are in the range greater than 10,000 kN.<\/p>\r\n

The main areas of application are the automotive industry, logistics, the commodity sector and the construction industry. In line with the product strategy \"Technology to the Point\", the Jupiter series scores not only with the general advantages of the two-platen technology, but also with a tailor-made servo-hydraulic system developed in-house for high performance, high precision and low energy consumption.<\/p>\r\n\u00a0\r\n

At Fakuma, a JU4500III demonstrates the production of a resilient sliding element made of POM. The respective mold is provided by the company IGENO. To ensure stable process and component quality, a temperature and flow monitoring system from Flosense integrated into the machine control system is used (16 circuits). Removal is provided by the Hilectro V1300ID-X4000 with extended X-axis and precise stacking behind the machine. Safety fence and conveyor belt are also from Haitian and complete the current product portfolio for plastics processors from all over Europe.<\/span><\/div>\r\n
