Application engineer (m/f/d)

Your task
As an Application Engineer Injection Moulding (m/f/d) at Haitian International Germany GmbH, you will play a key role in supporting our customers across Europe with advanced injection moulding solutions.
You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of new machines, as well as process analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization directly at customer sites.
Based at our European headquarters in Ebermannsdorf, you will prepare and conduct machine trials and application tests together with our customers and analyze the results to ensure optimal performance and process stability.
In close collaboration with Sales, project managers, and sales partners throughout Europe, you will advise on process engineering, machine technology, and materials selection, and coordinate customer-specific machine specifications.
You will also support our training department by delivering customer training sessions at our technical center.
As part of the Application Technology team, you will actively contribute to the preparation and follow-up of international trade fairs and serve as a technical point of contact for customers, project managers, and sales partners during these events.
Your profile

Successfully completed apprenticeship as a process mechanic in plastics and rubber technology, specializing in injection molding, with several years of professional experience, preferably with further training as a master craftsman or technician

Experience in the field of plastic injection molding (knowledge of machines, processes, tools and materials is essential)

Experience in process optimization and troubleshooting

Experience in the installation of injection molding machines
- Willingness to travel (moderately)

Ideally, experience in programming linear and 6-axis robots
- Knowledge of electrical engineering is considered a plus

Good knowledge of English required

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
