Your task
As Application Engineer Injection Moulding m/f/d at Haitian International Germany GmbH, you will be responsible for the installation of new machines, problem analysis, troubleshooting and process optimization at the customer’s site.
At our European headquarters in Ebermannsdorf, you will prepare tests on our machines, carry them out with our customers and analyze them afterwards.
You will provide advice on process engineering, machine technology and materials technology issues and coordinate machine specifications with our customers, sales partners and project managers in Sales throughout Europe.
You will also support our training department with customer training courses in our technical center.
As part of the application technology team, you will prepare for and follow up on trade fairs and be the point of contact for our project managers, sales partners and customers during the trade fair.
Your profile

Successfully completed apprenticeship as a process mechanic in plastics and rubber technology, specializing in injection molding, with several years of professional experience, preferably with further training as a master craftsman or technician

Experience in the field of plastic injection molding (knowledge of machines, processes, tools and materials is essential)

Experience in process optimization and troubleshooting

Experience in the installation of injection molding machines

Ideally, experience in programming linear robots

Willingness to travel (moderately), Europe-wide

Good knowledge of English required

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
