Your Task
As Project Coordinator for Injection Moulding and Automation, you will play a pivotal role in managing customised customer projects across our product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include coordinating internal and external stakeholders, ensuring technical alignment, and supporting the sales team with accurate documentation and project execution, all with a strong focus on the customer and finding solutions.
- Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and oversee customer-specific projects in the field of injection molding machines and automation, including the creation of technical specifications and option lists
- Technical Sales Support: Support sales representatives and sales management in preparing offers, custom solutions, and pricing strategies
- Interface Management: Collaborate closely with purchasing, production, application engineering, quality management, and after-sales to successfully implement individual customer projects
- Customer Communication: Conduct technical meetings, organize pre-acceptance tests, and accompany critical projects for key accounts
- Data Management: Maintain and verify data in ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, LS-BIZ Step Ahead) and prepare standardized documents and project materials
- International Coordination: Liaise with our production site in China and international partners regarding lead times, technical drawings, and custom solutions
Your qualifications
- Technical training or academic degree in mechanical engineering, plastics technology, or a comparable field
- Project management experience, ideally in injection molding or automation
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, LS-BIZ Step Ahead) and MS Office applications
- Structured and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent German skills and good English proficiency for international collaboration
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and abroad
