We are happy to welcome you to our first official Open House at our new production facility in Ruma, Serbia. From September 22-24, 2026, visitors will gain direct insight into Haitian Serbia’s local manufacturing capabilities, live injection molding demonstrations, automation concepts, digital solutions, and integrated production systems out of the Haitian Machinery Ecosystem.
The three-day program will feature expert presentations, including the introduction of X-Injection, Haitian’s Smart Molding Assistant, as well as guided factory tours, partner showcases, and a full hospitality program.
However this Open House is designed to show more than machines and manufacturing concepts. It is an opportunity to experience how Haitian Serbia supports plastics processors across Europe and MEA with faster access to proven technology, shorter regional response times, reliable spare parts availability, and future-ready production solutions.

The Haitian Mars MA1600V-570 ECO will produce dish bowls for the civil goods industry during Open House, combining Haitian Smart Solution automation with color mixing and raw material feeding for stable PS or PP processing, a 45 g shot weight, and a 30-second cycle time.
High-speed bucket
The fast cycling Haitian Mars MA3800V-2330F PRO will produce PP buckets.Servo-hydraulic high-speed machine technology with Haitian Smart Solution automation for 2-cavity production at a 4.5-second cycle time.
High-speed IML lid
A Zhafir Zeres ZE2300VF-830hs will produce PP IML lids for the packaging industry, combining an IML robot from Haitian Smart Solution with raw material feeding, color mixing, and chiller support for stable 4-cavity production at a 3 second cycle time (max.)
Medical syringe component
The Zhafir Zeres ZE1900V-830h will produce PP syringe components for medical applications, using a 64-cavity mold with chiller, raw material feeding, quality flap, and integrated conveyor support for stable production at a 6-second cycle time.
Two-platen logistics molding
The Haitian Jupiter JU10800V-8950 will produce PP logistics storage boxes during Open House, combining Haitian Smart Solution automation with chiller, color mixing, and raw material feeding support. Single-cavity molding with 2250 g shot weight and 75-second cycle time.
Automotive lighting
A Haitian Jupiter JU6500V-4650 will run a single-cavity automotive lighting application in PC, supported by Haitian Smart Solution automation, 2x TCU, and 3-in-1 raw material drying to demonstrate stable production with a 450 g shot weight and 45-second cycle time.
Single Cavity Storage Box
A Haitian Mars MA1200V-400 B40mm will produce small storage boxes for the civil goods industry, including Haitian Smart Solution automation with chiller, color mixing, and raw material feeding. 125 g shot weight. 40 second cycle time.
Reliable vertical machining for the general industry
The V10 vertical machining center produces parts precisely and efficiently. It combines a stable, large-span cast structure with a high-speed spindle and reliable tool changing. It is ideal for automotive, construction machinery, and general industrial applications.
Stable CNC turning for precision components
The L10 demonstrates efficient CNC turning with its integrated slant bed, high-rigidity spindle, and servo turret. It supports the stable machining of shafts and complex components while maintaining a compact machine footprint.
Compact vertical machining with V-Series stability
The V8 showcases the V-Series machining concept within a smaller working range. It combines the stable machine structure and high-speed spindle approach of the V10, enabling efficient production in settings where floor space and compact travel are essential.
Extended-travel vertical machining for larger parts
The V13 extends the V-Series platform with a larger travel capacity. It supports the stable machining of larger workpieces while maintaining a focus on rigidity, spindle performance, and efficient industrial production.
