Your task
​To strengthen our team, we are looking for ambitious individuals who are interested in and capable of working in an international environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for multinational communication, particularly with our headquarters in China. Your responsibilities include:
- Monitor and coordinate machine deliveries between China, Germany, and our European partners and customers.
- Manage machine procurement activities for Germany and Europe.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports.
- Support and manage relationships with customers and distributors.
- Prepare and review quotations, order confirmations, and sales contracts in cooperation with the technical department and European distributors.
- Create quotations and sales orders in our ERP system (STEPS).
- Provide sales support and actively contribute to sales activities.
- Coordinate machine orders with our headquarters in China.
- Manage and communicate product reallocations and order modifications.
- Handle machine reservations and inventory allocations.
- Perform general administrative and organizational tasks.
Your profile
- Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification.
- Previous experience in inside sales or sales administration is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a dynamic personality with experience in a sales-related environment.
- Enjoy interacting with customers and building professional relationships.
- Customer-oriented mindset combined with a structured and organized working style.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and ERP systems.
- Ability to understand complex processes and structure information clearly.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented way of working.
- Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure and when priorities change quickly.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
