Full-time Logistics/Dispatch Employee (m/f/d)

Location Ebermannsdorf, Permanent position, professional experience required

Your Tasks

• Organising all transport orders in coordination with our freight forwarders to ensure timely dispatch (national/international)
• Internal coordination with the production and sales departments to fulfil orders
• Awarding transport orders to freight forwarders in accordance with framework agreements
• Handling the shipment of machine spare parts by freight forwarders or CEP service providers
• Preparation of commission and shipping documents
• Planning and handling import and export transactions in accordance with applicable customs clearance and foreign trade guidelines
• Control of truck handling on the company premises
• Regular evaluation of defined logistics key figures as well as preparation and reporting of Intrastat statistics

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics clerk, commercial training in the field of logistics or comparable
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the field of scheduling and logistics
• You have knowledge of customs and export law
• You are experienced in using ERP systems and MS Office applications
• You are quick on the uptake and have the ability to confidently assess and evaluate new situations and organise your daily routine according to priorities
• Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
