Junior Sales Manager Europe (m/w/d)

The job offer is for our sister company Haitian Precision Germany, also based in Ebermannsdorf, Germany.
Haitian Precision is a renowned CNC machine tool manufacturer and a listed company specializing in the machine tool industry. With state of the art production facilities in China, we manufacture a wide range of high quality CNC machine tools.
As Junior Sales Manager Europe for our CNC business, you will play a central role within our sales network across Europe. Your main focus will be on expanding our customer base, developing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities
- Follow company sales strategy for the European market in the field of CNC machines, including the development and expansion of a sales network, Identification and pursuit of new business opportunities that are in line with our corporate strategy
- Promote and present our range of CNC products and services to customers
- Negotiate and close deals with customers
- Collaborate with the internal team on request for quotations (RFQs) and support the sales process
- Actively participate in relevant industry events, trade shows and conferences to raise the company profile and identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with other departments such as product development, marketing and customer service to provide a customer-centric solution and continuously improve the product offering
- Budget planning and control for the sales department and report regularly to the management team
- Monitoring and reporting on customer satisfaction and project feedback
Your profile
- A degree in a related technical discipline is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (essential), other European languages are an advantage
- Strong technical sales and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience in building and expanding sales networks and dealing with international customers and partners
- A solid understanding of the company’s services and the CNC machine industry
- Ability to work under pressure, operate globally and work effectively as part of a team
- Strategic thinking, a high level of initiative and results orientation
- At least 5+ years of experience in the technical/commercial field, ideally in sales or business development for a technical consulting company
