Training Instructor (m/f/d)

Your task

As a training instructor (m/f/d) at Haitian International Germany GmbH, you will be responsible for planning and conducting customer and representative training courses at our factory or on site. Furthermore, you will be the point of contact for process optimisation and problem analysis at the customer’s site and will help to further develop our products with your feedback.
At our European headquarters in Ebermannsdorf, you will prepare the training courses for our machines, conduct them in theory and practice, and analyse them afterwards.
As part of the training team, you will be the point of contact for all training topics for our customers and sales and service partners and will also be available as a consultant after the training courses.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed training as a process mechanic (m/f/d) in plastics and rubber technology, specialising in injection moulding, with several years of professional experience, preferably with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d)
  • Experience in the field of plastic injection moulding (knowledge of machines, processes, tools and materials is essential)
  • Experience in process optimisation
  • Experience in the training sector is essential
  • Ideally experience in programming linear robots
  • Willingness to travel (moderately), throughout Europe
  • Good knowledge of English required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Professional interaction with customers and colleague
