Haitian International Germany GmbH is a subsidiary of Haitian International Hong Kong/China and is responsible for business in Germany and Europe. In addition to the assembly and customer-specific customization of our injection molding machines, this also includes the areas of application engineering, sales, and distribution in Germany.

 

Your Tasks

  • Independently planning, managing, and successfully implementing automation projects in the field of plastic injection molding
  • Taking responsibility for projects from order placement through successful commissioning and final acceptance at the customer’s
  • Creating and monitoring schedules, resource plans, and
  • Coordinating internal departments (Mechanical Design, Electrical Design, Software Development, Assembly, and Service) as well as external
  • Technical coordination with customers and conducting regular project and status meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule requirements
  • Identifying project risks and developing and implementing appropriate countermeasures
  • Supervising installation, commissioning, and machine acceptance tests (FAT/SAT) both in-house and at the customer’s site
  • Change management and tracking of customer requirements throughout the project
  • Preparing project status reports and providing regular
  • Supporting the sales team with technical inquiries and the evaluation of customer
  • Managing projects primarily in Germany and occasionally within Europe

 

Your Profile

  •  A successfully completed degree in automation engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical education with relevant continuing education
  • Several years of professional experience as a project manager in custom machine building or industrial automation
  • Experience with linear robots, articulated-arm robots, and automated manufacturing cells in the field of plastic injection
  • Proven experience in successfully leading technical customer projects with corresponding
  • Excellent technical understanding and the ability to confidently assess complex technical issues and drive
  • Experience managing interdisciplinary project teams and external
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a confident and professional
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work with a high degree of personal
  • Willingness to travel for project meetings, acceptance tests, and commissioning within Germany and occasionally to other European
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and standard MS Office applications
