Technical / Commercial Spare Parts (m/f/d)
Location Ebermannsdorf, full-time, 24 months limited
Your task
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Spare Parts & After Sales Specialist (m/f/d) to support our injection molding machine business. Your responsibilities include:
- Process technical spare parts inquiries from national and international customers.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and technical clarifications.
- Identify and verify spare parts based on drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and international production facilities (including China).
- Handle warranty and repair cases.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, purchasing, service, and logistics departments.
- Maintain and optimize material master data within the ERP system.
- Support internal process improvement initiatives in the after-sales and spare parts business.
- Provide occasional support to the purchasing department in day-to-day operations, such as placing orders, monitoring delivery dates, and communicating with suppliers.
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial-technical vocational training, for example as an Industrial Business Administrator, Mechatronics Technician, Technical Business Administrator, Mechanical Engineering Technician, or a comparable qualification.
- Solid technical understanding of machinery and equipment manufacturing; experience in injection molding technology is an advantage.
- Experience in inside sales, after-sales service, purchasing, or spare parts management is beneficial.
- Confident use of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Structured, organized, and self-driven working style.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Team-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
